We can offer you flexible working, excellent in-house nursery, Clinical supervision, commitment to your professional development and your personal wellbeing.

We have a very spacious, purpose-built Neonatal Unit with 26 cots. You will join a highly skilled, motivated and supportive Neonatal team. We are very proud to have been awarded Gold standard by UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative and achieved BLISS Baby Charter Platinum Accreditation. There are many training and development opportunities available to support the personal and professional development of all staff.

Within this role you will be responsible for the day to day running of the unit, co-ordinating admissions and discharges and maintaining the highest standards of care for our patients and their families. You will be a role model to the team, sharing your knowledge and supporting new and junior colleagues.

If you have at least 2 years experience of working in a Neonatal Unit, are Qualified in Specialty and would value the opportunity and resources to develop, we would be very pleased to hear from you.

Working Pattern: 1 x 23 hours per week (Permanent), 1 x 34.5 hours per week (Permanent) and 1 x 23 hours per week (Fixed Term)
