Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced, highly organised, and motivated individual to join our team as a Community Hospital & Hub Manager. You will provide day-to-day operational management and leadership across our Community Hospital, Outpatient Services and the building.
You will be responsible for the effective management of services, leading service development and improvement initiatives, supporting staff, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and partners to meet the needs of our local communities. You will also manage resources effectively, drive continuous improvement, and support teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.

The following requirements are essential for the role:
- Experience of leading, motivating, and supporting multidisciplinary teams to achieve service objectives
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and relationship skills
- A high standard of organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to remain calm and professional when faced with changing or challenging situations
- Ability to work closely with clinical leaders, senior managers, external stakeholders, and community partners to develop innovative approaches that meet the changing needs of patients and local communities
- Experience of managing budgets and resources
- Knowledge of governance, quality standards, and risk management processes
