Role Summary

To provide registered nursing skills as an accountable member of the multidisciplinary team delivering evidence based care.  The postholder is expected to carry out all relevant forms of care and procedures, for which they are competent to practice, without direct supervision and to supervise and provide leadership to junior staff.

If you want the flexibility and freedom to choose when to work and where to work, then you could possibly be one of our greatest assets as we are currently looking to recruit experienced Registered Children's Nurses to join the Bank and work on the Paediatric Ward.

You must have commitment and enthusiasm to improve the quality of care for these patients.

The Ward comprises of 12 bed/cot spaces, a 4 bedded Children's Assessment Unit and a 2 bedded Paediatric High Dependency Unit.

We look after babies, children and young people up to the age of 18 years and if you are successful, will be working across multi agencies.

Interviews will be completed via  Zoom or Teams.

Preference will be given to staff with ‘Priority’ and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon.
