Role Summary

To provide administrative support to the operational team which may include typing documents, retrieving and preparing patient records, filing and entering information onto computer systems in accordance with Trust policies. 

The post holder will be the first point of contact for clients to the establishment; this will include dealing with routine queries and providing information to patients’, relatives and staff either face to face or over the phone.  The post holder may be required to provide reception cover in a designated area.

We are looking for highly motivated and committed Administrators to join our Staff Bank team.

Successful candidates will work as part of a dynamic multidisciplinary team which may include daily administrative, medical, clinical, and pharmaceutical support.

Successful candidates will be able to work autonomously but also as part of a team and be prepared to be customer and patient focused, with a professional and friendly manner.

We are looking for experienced administrators with a "can do" attitude who are used to working in a flexible and ever changing landscape and used to dealing with multiple tasks. The successful applicants will be proficient in a variety of IT systems that support efficient service support, and office administrative functions.
