Role Summary
- To provide an efficient quality service to Cardiology.
- To adhere to all national, Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust and in-house Policies in accordance to national and local targets.
- Providing clerical support to the other members of the team.
- Any other duties, commensurate with the grade, as may be required by the Team Leader.
- To take part in regular performance appraisal.
- To undertake any training required in order to maintain competency including mandatory training, i.e. Fire, Manual Handling.
- To contribute to and work within a safe working environment.
- The post holder is expected to comply with Trust Infection Control Policies and conduct themselves at all times in such a manner as to minimise the risk of healthcare associated infection.
- This post will be responsible for the team leadership of a discreet number of staff including the day to day supervision of the team.

Are you interested in joining a friendly and busy Cardiology team?
We are looking for a full time Waiting List Co-ordinator to join our service based at the Royal Devon and Exeter Hospital, Wonford. This role involves working alongside the Waiting List Co-ordinator, liaising with Clinicians and the management team. We require a hard-working individual who has great organisational skills, excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise their work accordingly.
Your communication skills must be first class alongside a professional and friendly manner. You must possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 16:30
