Trust Service Posts (CT1) in General Medicine

Role Summary

We have three exciting opportunities for a Trust Service Post (CT1) doctor to work as apart of our team on a 12 month fixed term contract. The first two posts will be working within our General Medical team at Northern Devon District Hospital within the Outlier team as well as supporting our Medical Assessment Unit. The third role is working at South Molton Community Hospital. 

CT1 - Outlier team

This role works within our Outlier team who consists of a Consultant, SAS, and Clinical Assistant. The role will be Monday - Friday 9-5 and has the option to pick up ad-hoc on-calls as locum if they are available. The team support with our General Medical outlying patients. 

CT1 - Early Discharges (MAU)

To help facilitate early review of patients who have been post-take to reduce delays in care and implementing care plans. This role will be working within the MAU team and will be Monday-Friday 8-4. 

CT1 - South Molton Community Hospital 

This role will be Monday – Friday 9-5 in our community hospital at South Molton which is 13.4 miles from the main hospital and is supported by an SAS team, and overseeing consultant, nursing staff and ward matron. The main specialities are General Medicine and Healthcare for the Older Person (HfOP).

We have the opportunity for three 12 month fixed term contracts at CT1 level. Please specify in your personal statement which role/s you are interested in being considered for. 

Working Pattern: Hours are mentioned above in role summary but they will all be Monday-Friday
