More detail about the role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic therapist to join our Community Rehabilitation service as a Band 7 Therapy Lead, working across Exmouth and Sidmouth Community Inpatient Units for 30 hours per week.

This is an excellent opportunity to play a key leadership role across two community inpatient units, working within dynamic multidisciplinary teams committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centred rehabilitation. Our focus is on promoting independence, maximising recovery and supporting patients to return home safely following a hospital admission. Working closely with the Clinical Nurse Managers and wider multidisciplinary teams across both units, you will provide clinical and operational leadership to the therapy service.
