Are you looking for a new challenge to lead the Community Dietetic team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust (Eastern), based in Exeter? We are looking for a motivated, forward thinking, dynamic Dietitian to take on this rewarding role.

The role involves a clinical caseload of adult home enteral feeding patients which includes seeing patients in their own homes or care setting so it is essential to be a car driver with access to a car.

You will manage and develop a team of 3 Community Dietitians and a Dietetic Assistant Practitioner who provide Dietetic support to Community outpatients and inpatients. You will be responsible for overseeing policies, guidelines and identifying the gaps for service development. You will provide a significant input and expertise into the South West Peninsula enteral feeding contract.

The Community Dietetic Service is part of a wider team of 30 Dietitians including specialists in Paediatrics, Oncology, Gastro, Nutrition Support, Eating Disorders, Cystic Fibrosis and Renal. The department has good integrated services with other AHPs and is supportive in CPD opportunities. You will contribute to projects, outcome measures, audit and training of both dietetic and medical students, other HCPs and patient groups. We will support you in developing your skills in a number of ways, including shadowing opportunities across the team.

Working Pattern: 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
