We are seeking 3 full time operators to join our friendly, busy Switchboard team. As a team member you will actively contribute to the overall efficient and professional handling of internal and external calls, responding in a timely, polite and often sensitive manner. The post will also involve responding to all types of emergencies as per defined procedures. We provide a 24/7, 365 days a year service so you will need to have a flexible approach to working days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

reacting quickly and effectively, recording all incidents and actions taken.
Switchboard operators are Band 2 Pay scales for 2022/23 | NHS Employers. Unsociable pay for nights and Saturdays is 41% and Sundays and bank holidays are 83%.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Rostered shift patterns
