Role Summary
The emergency department at North Devon District Hospital is looking for registered nurses who are looking to take on a new and exciting challenge within the emergency department.
You will be working across all departments including resus, triage, minors and paediatrics also, you will be supported by the ED Education Facilitator, Senior Nurses, Nurse Practitioners and the Clinical Matron, both professionally and personally.

We currently have vacancies for Staff Nurses within our Emergency Department.
Previous experience in an Emergency Department and Paediatrics would be desirable but not essential.
Under supervision from the ED Education Facilitator, Senior Nurses and Nurse Practitioners, you will be expected to develop in all areas of the Department including resus, triage, minors and paeds. We offer specific training in our areas of speciality and pride ourselves on supporting personal development.
We believe that this is an exciting time for Emergency Care as we continue to develop new ways of working.

Working Pattern: You will be expected to work long days, nights, weekends and bank holidays to meet the needs of the service.
