We are looking for a new Service Support Manager who will work with operational and clinical colleagues to ensure that staff are empowered to continue to deliver high quality care to our patients within the Hospital and local community; whilst meeting the challenges of modern healthcare delivery, through innovative and integrated solutions.

The Service Support Manager will need to have good keyboard skills, an eye for detail, with exceptional IT skills, plus an understanding and appreciation of confidentiality and data protection. Ideally, they will also have experience of working in a busy environment with many interruptions and be able to balance many priorities.
Good communication skills are essential for this role and also the ability to cope well under pressure. You will need to be confident working both in a team, and working independently.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
Preference will be given to staff with ‘Priority’ and 'At Risk' status including NHS At Risk staff throughout Devon.
