Are you looking for an opportunity to lead transformational change in a supportive and inclusive environment?
Following a successful pilot that created more capacity and improved access for patients through a number of dedicated productivity posts, we want to build on this successful model. The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint 4 exceptional leaders to take an important role in shaping and delivering our ongoing transformational programme aimed at improving our services and pathways and increasing our elective capacity. Our recently updated Transformation Strategy works towards a vision where transformation is embedded in our organisational culture, with ‘Your Brilliant Ideas’ campaigns and Transformation cafes helping to reach out to all staff. These posts offer an excellent opportunity to drive the delivery of change with purpose which will directly improve the care we offer to the population of Devon.
The posts available will take responsibility for a wide range of transformation programmes including theatres, outpatients, cancer pathways, diagnostics, community services, digital innovation, capital build projects, and environmental sustainability. The post holder will support their colleagues and provide expert guidance and development to the immediate team and wider organisation. Current programmes of work include
- Outpatient and Diagnostic Transformation
- Theatre Transformation
- Clinical and service pathway Transformation
- Digital and pathway Transformation
- Quality Improvement (QI), Organisational development (OD) and Culture
- Business Intelligence (BI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Digital Innovation
