Role Summary
The Senior Programme Manager will report to the Head of Transformation and will deliver on key transformational programmes to support the Trust operational, financial and corporate objectives.
The postholder will be accountable for the design, planning and execution of complex strategic programmes and projects. This role will also provide line management to a team of Senior Project Managers, Project and Service Change Managers and supporting roles, providing leadership, coaching and training to support the successful delivery of projects and programme activities. They will be responsible for ensuring a standardised approach to governance and reporting.
The postholder will be a culture champion and role model for continuous service improvement, supporting the team and wider Trust colleagues to embed and spread a positive culture across all teams and services.

We’re seeking an exceptional Senior Programme Manager to join our dynamic Transformation team. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for the strategic design, planning, and delivery of complex programmes that drive operational, financial, and cultural change across the Trust.
You will also provide line management to a team of Senior Project Managers, Project and Service Change Managers and supporting roles, providing leadership, coaching and training to support the successful delivery of projects and programme activities.

If you have the following, we would love to hear from you:
- Proven expertise in programme and project management methodologies
- Strong analytical skills to interpret and present highly complex data
- Proven experience leading large-scale transformation or improvement programs within healthcare
- A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in service redesign is highly desirable
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours/week Monday - Friday (Flexible/Hybrid working available).
