Role Summary

The Catering Department operates a multi-site facility providing over 2000 meals per day to patients, staff and visitors.    

We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable individual who is able to work well under pressure in an extremely busy environment.

You will be required to work within the TLC Restaurant which is open to staff, visitors and patients or in any of the numerous retail catering areas with in the hospital

In accordance with departmental procedures your main duties will include making sandwiches to order, serving hot beverages and food, basic oven cooking of some hot food products, cash handling and till operation, dishwashing and associated cleaning duties. You may be required to prepare, deliver and set up hospitality requirements

The post holder will be required to be a good team player ensuring the provision of an efficient, hygienic and quality service whilst meeting the needs of all our customers

You will need to be flexible and have an excellent commitment to customer care

Working Pattern: Variable shifts over 5 days between the hours of 7.00am - 8.00pm, this will include alternative weekend working with enhanced pay. Monday to Friday posts also available.
