Role Summary

Do you have experience managing teams across sites, are you a Senior Administrator looking for a new role, or an established Team Leader who is looking for a new challenge. This could be the role for you.

We are looking for experienced Administration managers to manage a team of administrators and receptionists across two sites for a busy department. We need someone approachable, professional and adaptable. Someone who will lead team development and be able to manage competing priorities.

We provide our service to patients with additional and complex needs and often patients are in pain or anxious and worried so we need someone with experience of dealing with these issues.

Candidates should ideally have experience of working in a dental practice or hospital/health setting and experience of managing teams.

The post-holder will be an active member of the reception team, working to provide and manage a high-quality reception, telephone handling, advice and appointment service and assist professional staff with clerical and administrative duties, including typing up of patient and referral letters. To assist the managers and clinicians to ensure that the service is efficiently organised and effectively delivered. This post contains a range of complex duties requiring a range of skills. The post involves liaising with Healthcare professionals, hotel services, support staff and member of the public.

The post holder will be a member of the department's senior management team. 

Working Pattern: 30 hours per week over four days.
