We are looking for a Project Co-ordinator to join the Hospital redevelopment team to help us deliver the biggest hospital building programme in a generation. This role will provide project management support, working closely with our Capital Project Manager and Programme Manager. 

What are we looking for?

The successful applicant must be methodical, proactive, enthusiastic, approachable and have a keen eye for detail. Key duties will include:

  • Developing, managing and monitoring details project plans
  • Producing reports and managing risk and issue logs
  • Engaging and communicating with staff across the organisation as well as the wider healthcare community, contractors and external organisations
  • Process mapping for a range of departments
  • Evaluation of projects

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Core office days are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at OFH offices, North Devon District Hospital.
