To assist in the day to day running of the EPS unit by repacking and over labelling of medication. To supervise Pharmacy assistants.

EPS is looking for an enthusiastic individual to be part of our Senior Assistant Technical Officer team.
The Pharmacy Production unit provides pre-packed patient TTO (To Take Out) medication packs both to the Royal Devon Trust and other hospitals within the South of England, the Midlands and Wales. As part of the SATO team you will assist with the provision of the service to our customers.
It would be useful to have previous experience in stock control and staff supervision and a sound understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice requirements. The relevant Level 2 Pharmacy Services NVQ units would be an advantage but full training will be provided. If you do not have the NVQ qualification you will be expected to complete a BTEC level 2 in Pharmaceutical services within 2 years.
Working Pattern: Up to 37.5 Hours
