We’re seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist with advanced clinical skills and a passion for community-based rehabilitation to join our dynamic therapy team in Bideford.
 
You’ll work within an integrated team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Support Workers to provide holistic, person-centred care in patients’ homes and community settings. The role offers a unique opportunity to lead and shape how we deliver therapy services across the North Devon community, while developing your own leadership and advanced practice skills.

What you'll be doing:

- Delivering advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis and intervention to patients in the community

- Working closely with the Therapy Team Lead and Advanced Practice Physiotherapist to develop and improve services

- Providing expert advice and guidance to patients, families and carers

- Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues and students

- Taking a lead in service development, audit, and education programmes

- Contributing to wider cluster MDT meetings and strategy

- Promoting inclusive, person-centred care across the team

Working Pattern: This is a full time post (37.5 hours), but we're happy to discuss flexible or part- time working arrangements
