Role Summary
The successful candidate will support the Medication Safety Officer and Pharmacy leadership to improve medicines safety and governance across the Trust by leading and/or collaborating on audits, quality improvement initiatives, and safety projects; whilst ensuring compliance with medicines management policies and relevant standards. They will analyse medication-related data, investigate incidents (including controlled drugs), contribute to root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to reduce risk and enhance patient safety, while also contributing/supporting operational core pharmacy services.
