Recruiting and retaining qualified staff is one of the biggest challenges facing the NHS. The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust are one of the first NHS Trusts to use a marketing approach to help meet this challenge. By using market analysis, profiling and targeted research, we develop compelling value propositions and marketing campaigns that support our organisational positioning, promote careers in the wider NHS and shine a spotlight on why this is an amazing place to work.

You’ll be qualified, creative, innovative and experienced in delivering planned marketing campaigns based on analysis and insight. Your copywriting, editing and message development skills will also be second to none.

Our marketing team are friendly, successful, ambitious and keen for you to join us in making a difference. Based in either Exeter or Barnstaple this is a hybrid role that allows a mix of working from home and 1 or 2 days a week in the office. 

This job description is subject to the outcome of formal job matching, and may require some minor amendments.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday. Occasional evenings and weekends as required.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
