You will take a significant role as part of the Senior Pharmacy Leadership team at North Devon District Hospital. You will utilise your exceptional management skills to lead on medication safety and governance for the Northern Pharmacy Service and support our team across homecare, quality control and high cost drugs. Your innovative approach will make our work more efficient and adaptable to the ever-changing Healthcare environment. Working closely with the Medicines Safety Officer and Deputy Chief Pharmacist, Pharmacy Senior team and other leaders across the wider Trust, you will help develop our Pharmacy service to ensure the safe and effective use of medicines within the organisation.

You will deputise for and support the Associate Director of Pharmacy Northern with developing the Pharmacy service, with a particular focus around medicines safety. You will also have responsibility for key areas and maintain your clinical skills with patient care.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, this role also involves on-call duties and weekend and bank holiday rosters.
