We are currently looking to recruit a professional, customer focused and responsive Business Partner to join our team. Your main focus will be to support our Divisions across our Trust services in their integration and change plans, enabling them to adapt as one organisation to the changing expectations and needs of the NHS and its people.
Reporting to the Lead People Business Partner, the post holder will partner with the Operational Integration Programme Director and the Corporate Programme Office to enabling divisional leadership teams to shape, translate and implement integration and plans, ensuring the provision of quality people solutions, aligned and responsive to the needs of our services and supporting our staff to deliver the best patient centred care.
With demonstrable people partnering, change and programme management experience gained in a large and complex organisation, strong technical knowledge and experience of supporting leaders with structural change management, the successful candidate will be someone who truly values collaborative working and has the skills and experience to support leaders with innovative and professional people solutions.

Working in a Human Resources Business Partner role you will advise and provide proactive change management expertise and support to senior and service managers in developing operational models to support integrated service delivery across the whole Trust:
- Providing HR technical and change expertise and contribution as part of the wider integration programme consisting of divisional leads, Corporate Project Manager Office and HR colleagues.
- Support senior leaders with change, staff engagement, ambiguity and uncertainty by developing credible relationships, influencing appropriately and providing informal coaching support.
- Project managing integration activities in relation to HR, ensuring completion of relevant governance documents, appropriate engagement of key stakeholders, provision of updates and reports to formal steering groups and committees etc
- Supporting and providing HR expertise in the delivery of complex change management programmes, working with Service Leads, Staffside and Trade Unions.
- Working closely with Service Leads to enable delivery of integrated structures across operational and clinical services.
- Monitor and analyse workforce information to inform programmes of change and/or service redesigns.
- Lead on various Trust-wide workforce initiatives and programmes, with responsibility for development and implementation as needed.
- Working with colleagues to develop HR policies and procedures in line with the Trust’s Project Simplify approach, working with colleagues across the Trust to ensure inclusion, gather feedback and implement.
Supporting the implementation of the Trust’s ‘Just Culture’ journey including civility and respect principles as well as our new Trust values and behaviours.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
