Role Summary

The purpose of this post is to support core simulation and human factors delivery, as required, across our diverse trust. This will encompass a varied programme of delivery to all roles and grades within and external to the organisation.

Applications are invited for an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and innovative service. It will see you working in the simulation department at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. This post will give the successful applicant the prospect to develop their portfolio in simulation and human factors education.

The successful applicant will be:

  • Highly motivated,  with excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Have experience in designing, delivering and evaluating education packages
  • An ability to use your own initiative, work well under pressure, work independently, prioritise workload to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Experienced in delivery of multi professional Simulation and Human Factors packages in a variety of clinical and non-clinical areas.

Working Pattern: 22.5 hours per week over three days. Days to be discussed at interview
