Role Summary
The health and wellbeing of our NHS colleagues has never been more important. As Health and Wellbeing Improvement Practitioner you will lead on the planning and delivery of initiatives to support the health and wellbeing of our staff, working with the extensive Multi disciplinary team. You will be passionate and innovative and be able to demonstrate a flexible delivery approach to meet the challenges of working in the NHS. Experience of working in the NHS is desirable, along with Clinical experience.

The Health and Wellbeing Improvement Practitioner role is essential in providing specialist, quality evidence based health and wellbeing support to NHS staff. The role is based within the Occupational health and wellbeing team focussing on holistic health and wellbeing . This is an exciting, challenging role and organisational and communication skills are essential along with a real sense of motivation. A comprehensive understanding of health and wellbeing is required and the ability to translate this into practice.
A key focus of this role is supporting the mental health of our staff so experience and/or passion in this area is essential. Some basic Clinical skills to support some of the campaigns delivered would also prove beneficial. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Multi-disciplinary Occupational Health and Wellbeing Team and contribute to improving and supporting the wellbeing of our wonderful NHS staff.
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday 08.30-16.30 but some flexibility is required
