Role Summary

This post holder will work with colleagues and the team leader to ensure that they provide a professional, efficient, accurate and timely service across the Division and Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. To provide support/cover to other secretaries within the team. The role will require a flexible and dynamic person with good organisational skills, computer literacy and a positive can-do attitude. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong secretarial skills to work with Senior Managers in Specialist Services and to gain experience of Trust operations while working with a great team.

An exciting opportunity has arisen within Specialist Services Divisional Secretarial team for a an experienced Secretary, to work together with fellow secretaries to provide excellent and professional support to the Senior Team.

We are looking for a dynamic, collaborative and self-motivated individual who can work within the team and autonomously. Someone who has a good level of secretarial and administration skills. This varied and unique role will allow for both personal and professional growth and a great overview of various specialities including Pathology, Therapies, and Obstetrics, Gynaecology and others within the Trust. 

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday
