Role Summary

  • To manage a full time quality Secretarial and Administrative service to the Laboratory managers within the Blood Sciences Departments.
  • To manage a full Administrative and Clerical service to the Blood Sciences Departments. 
  • This post will ensure that the Secretarial team will provide a professional, efficient, accurate and timely service.
  • This post will be responsible for the team leadership of the Administration team.
  • To coordinate the direct-to-patient service.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team at the Exeter Blood Sciences Department. As an Administrative Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing a full-time quality Secretarial and Administrative service to the Laboratory managers within the Blood Sciences Department. Your responsibilities will include coordinating a professional, efficient, accurate, and timely service while providing team leadership to the Administration team. Additionally, you will oversee the direct-to-patient service, ensuring seamless coordination and delivery.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
