More detail about the role

Applications are invited for a Cluster Support Manager in the Specialist Services Division, supporting Child and Women’s Health, specifically Maternity Services and Neonates. This post presents a fantastic opportunity to work across busy and dynamic departments in Child and Women’s Health, and offers enormous variety across projects, performance, finance and operational management, which can be flexed to suit the skills and development needs of the right candidate.

This is a relatively new post, and as such, the exact portfolio is still developing, which offers some flexibility around how the role fits into the wider management structure: this could be a development opportunity for someone wanting to test out operational management as a career change, or offer autonomy in service management to a more experienced candidate. The role can be moulded around the skillset of the individual, supported by Cluster Managers across the Division from a variety of professional backgrounds.

Still not sure? We would love to chat informally to you about whether this could be the right opportunity. Please get in touch with any questions, or to arrange some time to have a supportive discussion. We have many members of the team who enjoy flexible working benefits and again we’d be happy to discuss requests on an individual basis.

Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week

Interview Date: TBC
