Role Summary

To provide registered nursing skills as an accountable member of the multidisciplinary team delivering evidence based care.  The post holder is expected to carry out all relevant forms of care and procedures, for which they are competent to practice, without direct supervision and to supervise and provide leadership to junior staff.

Are you a nurse with existing and/or previous experience in critical care? If so we would like to hear from you! We are looking for registered nurses to join the Nurse Bank with current or previous critical care experience.

The critical care unit is an 8 bedded unit covering both Intensive and High dependency care. You will be expected to work alongside a team of skilled healthcare professionals in the delivery of safe, effective and compassionate care. You will have a supportive individualised induction depending on your previous experience supported by the unit’s clinical educator and you will work with an experienced team of doctors, nurses, physiotherapists who can support you.
