Our Estates & Facilities Management (EFM) Bank is recruiting Catering Assistants to support our retail catering services across the Trust. As part of our Catering Team, you will help provide a high-quality food and beverage service to patients, visitors and staff, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer-focused individuals who can work flexibly across a variety of shifts. Previous catering or customer service experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.

We are recruiting Bank Catering Assistants to support our retail catering services and, where required, patient meal services across the Trust. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you will help ensure food and beverages are prepared, presented and served safely and efficiently throughout the day.
Key duties may include:
- Serving food, snacks and drinks to patients, visitors and staff.
- Preparing and replenishing food counters and display areas.
- Preparing hot and cold beverages.
- Operating tills and handling cash transactions.
- Assisting with food preparation, baking and regeneration of meals.
- Receiving deliveries, restocking supplies and rotating stock.
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and hygiene.
- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer enquiries.
