Role Summary
If you have a passion for community and want to make a difference in the lives of our patients then this role could be for you. We offer a supportive team where you can develop your skills in all areas of community nursing. Some of these skills you would develop are venepuncture, administration of medications via injection, wound care and palliative care.

Due to our Assistant Practitioners being offered seconded places on the nurse training programme we have a full time (37.5 hour) band 4 post.
We work within the larger health and social care team all working together to keep patients safe and independent at home.
