Role Summary
Organise pre-assessment lists for ablation and cardioversion. Carry out pre-assessment telephone clinics. Collate the information, ensuring competent documentation of written communications. Assist with telephone enquiries, providing excellent communication skills to patients. Liaise with other members of the team to include consultants, admin team, cath lab staff and the ward nurses. Manage own workload within the given competencies of the post. Provide clinical support for nurse led lists i.e cardioversion and implantable loop recorders.

More detail about the role
To co-ordinate pre-assessment of patients undergoing catheter ablation and cardioversion. To support the arrhythmia specialist nursing team, and provide clinical support for cardioversion and implantable loop recorder lists. Full training will be provided to support this role.
Working Pattern: Weekdays with some Saturday cover of cardioversion lists.
