Come and work in Paediatrics and Neonatology

We have a very spacious, purpose-built neonatal unit with 26 cots. You will join a highly skilled, motivated and supportive neonatal department. We pride ourselves on enabling families with sick and premature infants to be involved with their care. We are excited to welcome a dedicated SLT to become a part of our team. We are very proud to have been awarded Gold standard by UNICEF Baby Friendly Initiative and achieved BLISS Baby Charter accreditation. There are many training and development opportunities available to support the personal and professional development of all staff.

Bramble Children’s Services offer a dynamic and progressive environment. We are highly respected for our collaboration with other departments and are known for our friendly and supportive nursing team.

Bramble Ward is our Children’s Ward with a 22-bed inpatient area, 4 bed PHDU and a day surgery area. Our service also provides a Paediatric Assessment Unit, Day Care Unit, Outpatient Department and Oncology Day Case Unit.

You will be joining a strong, cohesive SLT service spanning adult acute, community and learning disabilities, with excellent systems in place for supervision, support and continuing professional development. We are very excited to be expanding to include paediatric dysphagia, and welcome the knowledge and expertise that you will bring!

Working Pattern: 18.75 hours per week. Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
