We are looking for a dynamic, and enthusiastic team player with proven leadership skills to help lead our Helpdesk/Administration team within Estates and Facilities Management. This operational role will provide support to the Management team, as well as have expert knowledge and experience of all aspects of an Administration team and its processes and be able to provide both support and leadership across the team.
As Team Leader you will be responsible for directing and mentoring the Admin team daily to provide excellent services, supporting the EFM Division. Formulating and applying rotas for admin staff by creating shift patterns to suit the business needs, attending regular meetings with a view to linking the multi-disciplinary teams into our service provision and being the first point of contact for the admin team daily.

You will oversee the Administration team and Support Operations of the EFM Helpdesk and Admin Team, ensuring staff achieve their primary responsibilities, you will also develop/implement/embed efficient office processes and procedures to legislations.
You will also be responsible for leading the helpdesk/administrative team, supporting staff development, provide guidance and direction, ensure staff are up to date with Mandatory training with support from the Operations Support Manager.
It is important that the successful post holder will be approachable, collaborative and can apply initiative in problem-solving.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday
